Muse.. Sharing..Caring

Hi there, Its pretty long time that I have written any blog post here.

Just to remind bit of flashback, I started this blog during the toughest Covid times & this was/is always my favorite thing to do.

But I have to step down a little bit & take a break for various obvious reasons – Stress.

I know its weird telling that I have stress & I run a self Improvement blog – But this blog is to share & care

There are lot of things happening & had to concentrate on one thing at a time, so I chose work & ignored this a little bit.

Suddenly, I have seen my Pinterest account gained a sudden traction & why not wake this up again.

I really understood that having digital presence is a lot. Staying relevant, Posting continuously, Promoting the page- What Not!

While ,I donot address myself as a content creator now, I would love write blogs & read – literally many of them.

So here I am – again !

Donot pester because of the ads,(if anything popped up) – I haven’t nourished this in a while.

So , while I am back, I would like to share what I am upto these days.

Yoga Practice Everyday

While I have tried few Surya Namaskaras in the beginning of lockdown, I did not continue due to lack of perfection & routine.

But, I have joined an online sessions with Mounika (@soyamyoga), I understand how blessed that we are to have these wonderful practices that can transform our lives.

Even though its bit tough to wake up in the morning, that’s what the beauty is. Waking up early & giving time to the body for 1 hour in 24 hours.

It ‘s bliss & gratitude to see that my body is flexible too.I have been fighting with some invisible health issues, but impacted me a lot – So following the routine, regular Yoga practice is healing me.

And thanks to Mounika – my instructor make is much easier for me with her soothing voice & patience.

I urge everyone to include some physical activity , it s never too late.

Book Read: The Scrapper`s Way: Making It Big in an Unequal World

I have always enjoyed reading a good book – simple stories yet heart touching.

Espicially the auto biographies – It makes me feel there’s no stopping. It makes me think about my own possibilities & opportunities that I have & inspires me a lot.

From reading my grandfather’s autobiography, listening to my grandmother’s hustle stories – it always feels that every human has super power to acheive their dreams & guts to grow up in life.

Coming to The Scrapper’s Way- Damodhar Padhi sir has always been a person whose posts I used to lookup everyday in my internal Platform at work.

Reading all his journey all the way from rural Odissa to a Corporate head – I was suprised by his intentions to make it big & he did it with all the limited sources that he had.

And the greatest is without complaining!

The way he enjoyed every phase of life despite the problems he faced, the way he faced all the challenges and the path he laid for many other people – its inspiration to young people like me.

While my few words just doesn’t do much justice to the book – there ‘s a lot to learn from Damodhar sir’s journey

Try giving it a read

Even though I have a lot to say, this is enough for today.

Ooo, sharing my Vision Board for 2024 – How to Make Your Own Vision Board

May be I will come back soon & write other things about auto-immune, panic attacks & others – Well, If you know me, I talk a lot about these stuff 😛 – Not movies, not fashion – Truly a 90’s kid 🙂

Wish everyone good health & Peace.
