While I was about to sip my morning coffee, I grabbed my diary to plan the day, I suddenly realised two things:

I took a pause and remembered all the good & bad things happened in 2023, then this striked my mind.

“What are the Habits that I should start in 2024 for better version of myself?”

So, is this blogpost popped up in my mind. I believe in following the things that I write & share.

It motivates me more to achieve what I’ve written or shared.

Habits, – GOOD or BAD shape our lifestyle, Our habits are what we are today to the world.

Whatever you’re the good or bad, optimist or pessimist, hardworker or escapist everything is framed by the habits you’ve.

Every year, we come up with new resolutions and end up with procastination on the second day of the year iteslf.

But, it is quiet important that we should start some good habits for our well being ,which make us feel proud ourselves one day.

It is extremely hard to make something as a habit, unless we are forced do it. But , never underestimate your daily habits, because our habits define us and they shape our minds.

So, it is not only important, but neccessary to have some good habits that shape our life in the way we want it to be.

These are habits that I needed most to become better version of myself, prepare a list of your own habits that you would like to start and stick to it.

Using a planner and writing my goals always tops my list ,the habit of planning things ahead always helped me.

Also, I recently read these book called Atomic Habits – Tiny Changes- Remarkable results from James Clear which made me understand the importance of developing habits.

It is quite common to feel impossible to inculcate a new habit.
